Our Approach
The web is a maturing and crowded market place.
In order to get heard online you have to keep the user at
the heart of your site and provide an experience that's all about them...

It's a busy world
There are tens of millions of web pages out there and the sad fact is that most of them will never be seen by more than a handful of people. There's no point having a site if no-one sees it.
They have to find you
Time is short
If a visitor to your site can't find what they want in two or three clicks, they're gone. Ease of use is critically important and good information architecture can be the difference between a good user experience and half an hour's frustration.
Keep it easy
And attention spans are shorter
Once people have found your site and the content they're looking for it has to be relevant and delivered in a concise way that's appropriate to them.
It's about content
Old news is not news
No-one wants to read yesterday's newspaper again. The web is uniquely positioned to deliver content as it happens and yet many sites have the latest press release from July 2004. A visitor won't bookmark you or come back if you disappoint or bore them.
Keep it current
Standards matter
Before the web had the commercial force that has now any kind of web site was acceptable. Today companies are finding that their sites must comply with as much legislation online as they do in the high street and accessibility for all is a must. A noncompliant site is in danger of excluding parts of its audience.
Stay legal
