Every client is unique and our methodology varies according to the requirements, but for most clients, working with 16-5 on a web site project runs something like this:

  • You make contact with us and let us know you're interested
  • We arrange a free consultation to understand your business and see how we can help
  • If you like what we can do and how we work, we'll prepare a proposal with a cost indication
  • In discussion, we jointly refine the proposal in terms of the work, the deliverables, the time-scale and the cost
  • When everyone's happy we sign an agreement turning the proposal into a contract
  • Work begins
  • 16-5 deliver on time, on budget and on specification
  • Your business gets the boost it wanted.
